It's a story of two childhood friends, Edwin and Charlie, who leave their village to find better opportunities in a city. Edwin comes to Etiole with a strong desire to become a successful actor. Charlie accompanies his friend. Charlie didnโt know what to do in his life, but he was determined to make Edwinโs dream come true. He met a girl Aster, who showed him care and pushed him to do in which he was best. It is a story of dreams, friendship, and struggles. The initial part of the story is all about the struggles that they face in the big city to survive.
The writing style of the writer is impressive and lenient. The language used is easy to understand and captivating. The characters are well developed. Narration is decent and easy-going. The author has a brilliant skill to describe all sorts of emotions in few words. It was simple and completely delightful to read!
Over and all I enjoyed the book and would recommend this book to every reader as it's a different read for me.
My Rating:
