The story started with a boy who was going to picnic with his father and found a dead body in the river and they called the police. As this story is going, another story runs in parallel where a lawyer is abducted by a stranger who tied his hands and legs onto the chair in a very dark room. He tells he is his prey. The man who abducted tells a story to his prey about a small boy who had a bad childhood and this story telling continues everyday.
The case where a dead body found in the lake is given to the Raunak who is a fearless and intelligent police officer. Loves to take challenging cases and solves it perfectly. Though the story is ambiguous, the start but while reading it gets interesting. The story revolves around Raunak and the coin which remembers his past. The story keeps on switching from Raunak childhood and present situation.
