Avinash's innate curiosity draws him toward the unknown, much like specific individuals who seem to possess an unexplainable connection to the paranormal. Their presence invites encounters beyond the grasp of science—mysteries that are beyond explanation yet undeniably exist in the world around us. While the title may suggest pure horror, the stories lean more toward an eerie, unsettling atmosphere rather than outright terror—just as they should.
Instead of relying on overt scares, the narratives cultivate a sense of plausibility that makes the supernatural elements strikingly real, subtly challenging your perception of reality. Each tale is imbued with mystique, seamlessly merging stark realism with spine-tingling moments. The richly detailed settings—remote villages, dense woods, or echoing passageways—are described so vividly that you can almost hear the whispers lingering in the shadows.

The writing style is accessible, and the narration flows well, making for an engaging read. You may not like this book if you prefer a hardcore horror experience. If you appreciate an atmospheric, unsettling read that lingers in the mind with its eerie presence, this collection is certainly worth exploring. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
