There are 101 crisp chapters in this book, each ranging from 1-3 pages in length. People can learn from the chapters how to maximize productivity, happiness, joy, peace, and health in their lives. Rather than reading this book once, it is a book that should be kept out on your coffee table. Whenever you want, you can pick it up and read any chapter. While the messages are extremely simple, we tend to forget them in the daily grind.
There are some beautiful pieces of advice in this book that can lead to a successful life if taken seriously. I found it very enjoyable to read, easy to follow, and beautifully written.
The book is written in an easy and transparent manner.
For your life to change, I strongly recommend you read, reread, and follow the teachings in this book. In my opinion, the title of the book is the only thing that doesn't go well with the book. It does not match the content of the book.
My Rating:
5/5
